Returns & Exchanges

We carefully inspect every order before it ships. If something arrives damaged, please email info@dielfriends.us right away so we can arrange a quick replacement.

Change of Mind

• Return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the product value.
• If a returned item isn’t in fully resalable condition, we may decline the refund or deduct up to 30%.
• Clearance/final-sale items can’t be returned. Normal wear and tear isn’t considered damage.

Shipping Costs

• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• For exchanges, we cover shipping on the replacement item.
• If the product was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover all related shipping.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email info@dielfriends.us with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
2. Include the original packing slip inside the box (if you don’t have it, email us and we’ll help).
3. Ship your return to:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
